My wife and I do not agree with the project, simply because of the location and the impact that it would have on
the area. First, there is going to be an impact to the immediate environment, with increased amount of storm
water runoff that has the potential to degrade the watershed (the tap is bad enough around here and we already
pay more than enough on our water bills). Next, there would be an impact to the area wildlife. Part of the reason
why my wife and I moved down here is because the area wasn't as developed as where we came from. We
enjoy the fact that we can go out in the morning and see various animals - birds, deer, etc. - while where we are
from the best you'd get is the random opossum digging through your garbage in the middle of the night. Last, we
have seen what happens when you overdevelop and do not have the infrastructure to support it. Traffic and road
conditions only get worse in the area, especially when there's a lack of sidewalks and abundance of people who
enjoy walking/running. With that being said, I'll reiterate the position of myself and my wife, that we oppose the
development project.
