My backyard faces this proposed development. However my opposition to this project has to do with impacts to
the Eno. This area is designated as a highest -priority watershed preservation area for the cit of Durham. Runoff
from impervious surfaces already threatens the Eno's water quality and this project would create significant
impervious surfaces. This project would also destroy approximately 90 acres of wildlife habitat. Westpoint on the
Eno is a truly special place in our community that would be irreparably harmed by this development.
