I spoke with Senator Rabon. He is being pushed by Topsail Island to lift the limitation on the State providing no more than
50% of the non - federal match for water resource projects. I told him that the 50% limitation was a provision in the budget bill
and he said that he may want to meet with me the next time he is in town to discuss the ramifications of lifting that in next's
year budget.
Robin — By the way, I will be out of the office all day tomorrow in order to go down and meet with Cleveland County about
their HB 609 request.
