If you are around and have a little time in the next couple weeks, I'd like to set up a time to talk with you about a bunch of water supply issues in NC (the WS Forum/Governor's project, guidance for the new laws from the long session, thoughts on the private water rights bills that are still viable various proposed reservoirs - Wilmington/Cape Fear Reservoir, Wake County /Little River, and Cleveland County, ecological flows work, etc) as well as getting your thoughts on what the states long term water supply situation looks like. Please let me know if that is possible and if when would work best for you.
