Tom — I am trying to get ready for the short session. There is an issue that might /will come up in the short session that we
need to be prepared for. It is the item you told me about where legislation would determine that building a reservoir in
Cleveland County would be the LEDPA. I would like for your staff the fill out the information on the attached template and
return to be by COB Wednesday, May 2nd so I have more information on this issue.
