Hi, Steve — No, the ERC never looked into the IBT statute and water supply laws as written in HB 643, so that report was never
done. I'll try to give you a call later today to talk about the Cleveland County situation. Thanks.

Hey Tom
Hope all is going well. Someone asked me if I had heard or seen the report that HB643 required to go to the ERC. Has
this report been completed and provided to the ERC? Also, need to talk to you briefly about Cleveland County and
their future direction for water supply. Seem to get varying opinions from Cleveland County and staff. I figured you
would give me the straight info.
Thanks
Steve
