Inspection Summary:
Although we were told that there are no discharges from the site and that the basins never discharge, we found that the
basins are filled to the top and must overflow when there is a representative rain event. The skimmers are clogged so they
don't activate as they should and they have not been serviced so they function as required. The sample points at the
skimmer outlets could not be found so no one has ever tried to take a sample. Samples must be taken as required by the
permit and the skimmers should be serviced so as to discharge as intended and samples can be taken properly
