Dear Mitch & Tom, Cleveland County Water is looking forward working with DENR and DWR on 401 permit
Water Supply Reservoir. This Reservoir is the future water supply for Cleveland County, the City of Shelby,
part of Lincoln, Gaston, Rutherford Counties, and Cherokee County S.C. I will be in Raleigh tomorrow
thursday10th meeting with the EMC and I will drop off a hard copy for your records at your offices .If
