An approximately 450-foot effluent pipe from the Terrible Creek WWTP to
Terrible Creek will be installed. The new effluent pipe will parallel to an
existing effluent pipe within or abutting an existing maintained pipe
corridor. The outfall of the new effluent pipe will be adjacent to the
existing outfall. The existing headwall will be replaced with a new structure
that will accommodate both the existing pipe and the new pipe. The
existing and proposed pipe discharge location is approximately 10 feet
upgradient of Terrible Creek to allow for flow dissipation prior to
discharge into Terrible Creek.
