If you cannot do so without a public hearing, please call a public hearing on the matter. This project is far too dense for its close proximity to the Eno River. The Eno is a drinking water source for both the City of Durham and the City of Raleigh, and is a key part of the headwaters of the Neuse River basin. In addition there is substantial recreational use of the river very near to the outfalls of the two tributaries (Warren Creek and Black Meadow Creek), down which will flow the increased run-off, fecal coliform and pesticides and fertilizers applied to all the yards. The appropriate use is residential but with far less density and far less impervious surface. Thank you for considering my comments.
