I believe that a delegation from Cleveland County was just interested in speaking with the Colonel in person to state their case as to why they believe that it is in everyone's best interests for them to receive an approval of their 404 application for the construction of a dam and reservoir on the First Broad. I believe that they just want the opportunity to talk with the Colonel before a final decision is made. My involvement was simply that they asked me if I could make the initial contact with the Colonel to see if he would be willing to meet with them. I'll pass on April 13 to Butch and have him respond to you.
