I am concerned about how the proposed project will impact water quality, and flooding, along the Eno and it's
watershed. I understand that there is a need for more housing in Durham but this seems like a poor place for a
dense housing development. Please require the project to go through a full review from the US Army Corps of
Engineers, along with additional oversight and impact assessments. I am requesting a public hearing from the
Division of Water Resources per code: 15A NCAC .02H .0503
