This is a courtesy notification that NCDOT will be replacing two different pipes in jurisdictional areas in
Northampton County on SR 1325 Jordan Mill road under Nationwide permit 3 conditions. location is on a UT to
Ivy Creek and UT to Cypress Creek.the stream index for Ivy Creek is 25-4-1 and the stream index for Cypress
Creek is 25-4-3, Both surface waters are classified as C;NSW and are in the Chowan river Basin.
Both existing 24"x 36'RCP will be replaced with 30"x 45'CAP per the locations indicated on the attached
map.
