Comment
As a long time resident of Durham and a frequent user of the park, I am concerned about how the development
of a mile of townhomes built so near the beloved Eno River will impact the river itself and its habitat, the people
and creatures that benefit from its habitat. Environmental impact of run off on water quality and species
protection should be thoroughly investigated, and open to public comment.
All effort should be made to minimize impact on the area from development so close to the borders of the
WestPoint.
