At the request of Henry Wicker, I am forwarding the latest version of the draft Purpose and
Need report for the First Broad River Reservoir project. Since this version was prepared,
the water demand was revised based on updated Cleveland County Water water usage information
(through 2010) and updated population projections (provided by the State Demographics Unit).
The revised water demand projections are provided in Table 18, and tables 15 and 16 provided
updated supporting information. The revised water demand projections need to be incorporated
into the Purpose and Need report and the No Build modeling needs to be revised based on these
water demand projections.
