During construction it was discovered that a 6"water line was on top of the existing pipes. In order to avoid the water line the pipes needed more burial.The NCDOT Hydraulics unit recommended using an arched pipe.So the pipes installed were increased from the proposed(2)at 72"x 40'CAP to(2)at 81"x 59"x 40'CAAP.
