Public Notice;Water Quality Certification for Terrible Creek WWTP 36" Effluent; DWR #20151258v.2;Wake County PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that on October 19, 2021 Town of Fuquay-Varina (139 N Main St., Fuquay Varina, NC 27526) applied to the NC Division of Water Resources (DWR)for a 401 Individual Water Quality Certification, pursuant to Section 401 of the Federal Clean Water Act and Title 15A NCAC 02H .0500.The activity for which this certification is sought regards Sewer/Waste water.The DWR's proposed date of final action on the application is November 22, 2021. Written comments on the application described above must be received by DWR no later than 5 p.m. on November 22, 2021. Written comments may be submitted online by filling out the Public Notice Comment Form here: https://edocs.deg.nc.gov/Forms/401 Public Notice Comments. Written comments may also be mailed to: 401 Permitting, 1617 Mail Service Center, Raleigh, NC, 27699-1617. The application is available online.
