John - Unfortunately, that is pretty much impossible to estimate due to the very site
specific nature of 401 applications of this magnitude.
However, they certainly would have incurred some additional consultant fees. However, we
wouldn't really have an idea of the magnitude of those costs until we got down the road with
the 401 process. Thanks.
