We are in the process of developing criteria for our newly legislated reservoir program. We would be interested in
meeting with you and /or the appropriate staff to discuss the process local governments have to go through to be
permitted for developing a drinking water supply reservoir. I know you have already provided us an overview of the
process but I think we need some more detail of what is required by the applicants so we can develop compatible
criteria.
It would be great if we could get together prior to the 15th of March. Please let me know your availability.
