Butch — Thanks for your e -mail. Remember, per HB 609, the Department can only be a co- applicant on the Federal 404
Permit after we have agreed on a preferred alternative. DWR Staff charged with the implementation of HB 609 will be in
touch with you in the very near future to begin this process. We look forward to working with Cleveland County to assist you
