Comment: DOT staff Jim Holloway was present to review bridge construction site. Culvert was installed per the
plans alongwith rap. New bents were under construction. Temp causeway was being removed and
rebuilt on opposite side of stream. Some turbidity was noted. DOT agreed that a turbidity curtain woulc
be installed ASAP to control turbidity during causeway construction and demolition and old bent remov,
Will follow-up next week.
