Certification is tied to the 404 permit that the COE issues. In order to get the 401, they have to address the purpose an,'i

Kah—VVe have a letter from the Army Corps to Cleveland County that documents that the Corps has advised them to
stop pursuing the reservoir project because they will not receive a federal 404 Permit. I'll get a copy of the letter toyou
