Onsite recovery well examined at the time of the inspection appeared to be in overall good condition but would need minor repairs if the system was to become operational again. Onsite monitoring wells, at the time of the inspection, were properly secured. This system was shut down in 2008 and the system has been placed into an inoperative state. Except for the removal of system plumbing, the primary components of the system are present. As the system has been inactive for almost ten years, a good deal of work would be required to place the system back into an operational state should the permittee ever wish to reactivate the system.
