We need the approval letter for the increased disturbance to process that modification request then. If you can provide it by email, I will just approve the original request and add it to the documentation. If that's not available or hasn't been approved yet, you'll need to re -apply for the modification to the COC when that E&SC approval is available. The July 1, 2020 Letter of Approval for CABAR-2020-088 is the original letter of approval. We are requesting an increase from 1.50 acres to 2.20 acres due to the addition of stockpile areas.
