We don't typically allow geotextile fabric under riprap that is in the stream. Under the bank
stabilization is fine, but not the stream bed. Please provide revised plans without fabric in the stream
bed in detail 3.

Good morning Anna,
Thanks for speaking with me earlier today. I'm helping cover for Donna Hood while she's out on
leave for a few weeks.
I started reviewing the 401 application for the subject project. Is a local stormwater program (Town
or County) handling the sw permitting for it? Either way, we'll need a stormwater management plan
for it. The roadway portion can use the NCDOT BMP Toolbox, but the parking lot addition needs to
provide more typical sw treatment.
