HomeMy WebLinkAbout20170461 Ver 1_minor mod approval email_20211021From: Patterson, Robert D To: Wyatt, Jeffrey L Cc: Hood, Donna Subject: RE: Iredel 1212 Date: Thursday, October 21, 2021 9:42:00 AM Attachments: imaae001.onq Permit Drawings showing added bank stabilization.pdf Jeff, Please disregard my previous email below about revising plans. After our phone conversation, I'm fine with the minor change proposed. It is my understanding that the stream has migrated closer to the road since this project was previously approved; and the bank stabilization is needed to prevent the stream from migrating any closer to the road fill slope. Please take this email as DWR's approval for adding 30 feet of bank stabilization to the stream per the note in the plans you emailed me on 10/18/2021 (add attached to this email). Thanks. Robert D. Can you send me revised plans showing the additional bank stabilization, along with a justification? Thanks. Robert D. I am having the Resident Engineer provide some drawings as I type this. What is your preferred way for me to request additional impacts for this project? Thank you, Jeffrey L.
