In Richard's email he recommended that we meet on Thursday the 29th at 10:00. In your email back to Richard you said
that works for you but then sent an email to us saying we were meeting on Monday the 26th at 10:00. Unfortunately the
26th does not work for me since Lee and I will be in Columbus County that day. The 29th however would work find for
me. Please let us know which date is correct.

We are in the process of developing criteria for our newly legislated reservoir program. We would be interested in
meeting with you and /or the appropriate staff to discuss the process local governments have to go through to be
permitted for developing a drinking water supply reservoir. I know you have already provided us an overview of the
process but I think we need some more detail of what is required by the applicants so we can develop compatible
criteria.
It would be great if we could get together prior to the 15 th of March. Please let me know your availability.
