12. STREET NAMES MUST BE APPROVED BY WAKE COUNTY GIS PRIOR TO FINAL PLAT.
13. DEDICATED OPEN SPACE AREAS, STORMWATER CONTROL MEASURES, AND DRAINAGE EASEMENTS WILL BE OWNED
