This letter serves as an official response to your letter dated June 29, 2021 identifying violations of permit
requirements for proper operation of our Collection System.
Item 4. The Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) was not available during the inspection. Please provide a CIP
that covers a three to five year period and includes a goal statement, description of the project area,
description of the existing facilities, known deficiencies and forecasted future needs including cost analysis:
The Town Board of Warrenton has approved the Capital Improvement Plan for our sewer collection system by
unanimous vote on October 11, 2021 and it is enclosed.
We greatly appreciate yourdirection and assistance in helping our Collection System perform properly and meet
our permit requirements.
