We have a Gravity Flow sewer collection with six (6) lift stations. The plant ceased operation in August
2009. The wastewater is now pumped to the Town of Fairmont W WTP.
Description of Collection System:
Lift Stations: Old Main Railroad Street, Elm Street, Highway 76 East, Sunset Street, Causey Street, Dead
End West. All six lift stations have lights and horns to signal power outages and other emergencies. One
station has a dialer for alarms. There is one generator to run the lift stations and the sewer plant. There are
10.28 miles of gravity sewer lines and 7 miles of force main.

copy of the performance report was available at the Fair Bluff Town Hall.
