NCDOT has begun the project development, environmental, and engineering studies for proposed
pipe replacements on NC 133 (River Road) in Brunswick County, North Carolina, project BR-0139.
The project study area map is attached.
Members of the Project Team may be in contact with your agency, if applicable, requesting project
specific information.
No response to this start of study notification is required; however, we welcome your input if you
have any specific or time-critical concerns that we should be aware of. Your comments may be
used in the preparation of the environmental document, in accordance with the State or National
Environmental Policy Act.
If you have any questions or comments concerning this project, please let me know.
