Catawba County Schools has reviewed Mill Creek Middle Schools August 2021
Discharge Monitoring Report. It is obvious that our ORC used the wrong permit when
taking samples and we apologize for this mistake. We take all violations serious and
this mistake has been corrected. The correct permit was used in the September 2021
sampling and the correct permit will continue to be used. Again, we apologize for this
mistake and this should not happen again.
