The location of the project is the intersection of Richland Street and
Church Street in Waynesville, North Carolina 28786. The project is
the installation of a culvert to redirect the creek running through the
property to allow 14 townhomes to be built and accessed from
Richland Street. Also there will be the installation of sanitary sewer,
water and stormwater to service the townhomes and property.
