An open field with some vegetation near the emsting house on site. A small ephemeral stream runs through the site along the west and southwest boarder, with a 30 ft stream buffer.

The installation of a permanent stream crossing for the main road leading to a 30 unit neighborhood. Also the installation of sanitary sewer, domestic water, and stormwater
infrastructure to service the residence of the neighborhood. The earth moving equipment will include but is not limited to track -hoes and backhoes.
