Mr. Stanley,
The Developer proposes to open cut a portion of the wetlands for a temporary impact to install
260' of 8" gravity sewer in a 16" steel casing. To be approved as a temporary impact, the Town must
agree that the area above this leg of gravity sewer will not have a maintenance corridor.
The location of this construction is between manhole 29 and manhole 30, the gravity sewer that
connects Street D to Street C.
If you are in agreement that the section of gravity sewer thru the wetlands between manholes 29 &
30 will not require a maintenance corridor, please sign the below.
