I have attached the answers to Chris' questions, and revised impact maps reflecting the answers. I deleted
Wetland EE, I have attached the revised Preliminary Wetland Map and Natural Resource table from the
Preliminary JD form (I sent Chris an email today with explanation and photos). The contractor was afraid he
could not accurately directional bore the gravity sewer line, so we are showing this as a temporary impact since
the disturbed wetland area is not a woodland. I have attached a revised PCN impact sheet showing this
change. I have also attached a signed letter from the Town of Four Oaks stating a sewer maintenance corridor
is not required. Thank you.
