Registration for speaking will begin:
1) At the hearing site: 1 hour prior to the convening of the hearing, and will close prior to the beginning of the
hearing.
2) On -line: 5 days in advance of the hearing and will close 24 hours in advance of the hearing. There are limited
slots for on -line sign -up.
3) Each speaker will be limited to five minutes.

ANNOUNCEMENT
The bipartisan Joint Women's Caucus of the North Carolina General Assembly will hold a fundraiser and food drive from
Tuesday, April 26 through Thursday, April 28 to benefit the Food Bank of North Carolina. Barrels will be located in the
Front Lobby of the LB and the 2nd floor Lobby of the LOB. Proceeds will be used in those counties that suffered the
greatest losses in the recent string of storms that devastated North Carolina. The Food Bank states that cleaning
supplies and paper products are desperately needed as well as food and monetary donations.
