Dear Mr. Wilson:
The North Carolina Division of Water Resources attempted to contact you in person with a
visit to 1078 Browder Farm Road on September 30, 2021. This visit was conducted in an
attempt to verify that the wastewater system is operating in compliance with the conditions
and limitations specified in NPDES WW Permit No. NCG550834. No inspection was
conducted. At your earliest convenience, please contact Alex Lowe at with the Water
Quality Regional Operations Section in the Winston-Salem Regional Office at
336-776-9689 or via email at [e-mail] to schedule a brief system inspection.
Additionally, it has come to our attention that your permit is expired, and a renewal is due
immediately. Please see the enclosed renewal form for instructions. Prompt return of your
renewal paperwork is requested, as operating without a current permit is a violation of
general statutes and could result in enforcement action.
