Butch — It was good to meet with you and the Board members in Cleveland County yesterday. I have been in touch with
Colonel Baker and he is happy to meet with you and a delegation from Cleveland County to entertain your concerns regarding
the reservoir permitting process. He also said that he would be happy to meet on a Friday if that would facilitate your trip to
Wilmington. Please contact Patricia Prentiss, who is the Colonel's Executive Assistant and who I have cc'd on this e-mail, to
