I oppose the Westpoint development on the grounds of its potential impacts - on wildlife, on the plant life, and on
the quality of life for residents of Durham. I believe a public hearing should be required, so that citizens impacted
by the project and those dedicated to preserving the environs of Durham can have their input.
The Save Black Meadow Ridge group has raised many concerns, and I believe they should be addressed
thoroughly. This project has significant public impacts that have not yet adequately been addressed.
