I just received a call from Jeff Earl of Cleveland County Water. He has been asked by Lanny 011is the System's Water
Production Manager (who is out on sick leave) to work with us on updating the System's LWSP. I told him that we were
working with all the Systems in the state to make sure that any identified problems with previous Plans are corrected in
order to make the process of submitting the Plans for 2012 as simple as possible. He said that it would take some time
to go back and update the earlier Plans (2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010), so I asked that he put his effort now into the 2011
Plan and to go back to work on the earlier Plans as time allowed.
He is not familiar with LWSP and was not even sure what one looked like. I sent him a link to our web page since it will
hopefully answer many of his questions. I will work with him over the next few weeks to help him through the process
so that hopefully when they submit the 2012 Plan that it will be complete.
