Mary Lucasse just alerted me to the following House bill, PCS in committee yesterday, that makes 2 CRC appointments.
It is on the Senate calendar for today.

SECTION 2.53.(a) Effective August 1, 2013, Captain Marc Hairston of Onslow 34 County is appointed to the
Coastal Resources Commission for a term expiring on June 30, 35 2014. 36
SECTION 2.53.(b) Effective August 1, 2013, Harry Q. Simmons, Jr. of Brunswick 37 County is appointed to the
Coastal Resources Commission for a term expiring on June 30, 38 2015.
I haven*t yet found a corresponding Senate bill, but am still looking.
