NO. 2(v 7 In response to your request for information pertaining to collection system capacity to accept wastewater from the above referenced -site, we offer the following. Upon completion and acceptance of all necessary non-public sewer laterals and appurtenances, Utilities agrees to accept 90,000gpd for the new Uptown Arena project. Due to the layout of the project site the flow will be discharged into CMU's collection system at two points: 1,500gpm will discharge to the 5th Street collection system, and 350gpm will be pumped from a lower level of the arena to a discharge location within Trade Street. Acceptance of this flow is based on an understanding, that the- flows from this project will not exceed the instantaneous flaw rates discussed above and that improvements to the gravity sewer along 5th and.6th Streets have been completed. Wastewater from the proposed site will he conveyed to, and treated at the Sugar Creek Wastewater Treatment Facility. Final acceptance is contingent upon issuance of a Discharge Permit from the appropriate local, State, or Federal agency. Connection to Utilities system is on a first -come, first -served basis, as remaining capacity for future projects cannot be guaranteed.
