Extreme winter storms during the years 2000 and 2002 added significantly to the outage totals for those years (40.0 hours and 14.3 hours contribution per account, respectively). 1 regret that 1 am not equipped to be able to provide historical outage data that is taylored specifically to the Davis Trace Subdivision. However, I do not have any knowledge to suggest that outages in this area have been excessive or of duration that is beyond systemwide average levels. The majority of electrical outages in this area have been caused by tree or animal contact with our energized lines. Denver Toler Eagle Engineering 310 Indian Trail -Fairview Road Indian Trail, NC 28079 SUBJECT: SANITARY SEWER FLOW ACCEPTANCE DAVIS TRACE TAX PARCEL# 195-102-23, 195-102-26, 125-102-37, 195-102-38, & 195-102-39 C-MU4 600-04-541 Dear Mr. Toler: In response to your request, a flow acceptance study of the subject site has been completed and it has been determined that the discharge from this project does not transmit through areas of SSO concern by the NCDENR, Division of Water Quality. Please see attached map. Upon completion and acceptance of all necessary sewer fines, Charlotte -Mecklenburg Utilities (C-MU) agrees to accept the gravity sewage flow of 950 gallons per day (5 lots x 190 gpollot) from this project for transmission to the McAlpine Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant; NPDES permit number NC0024970, for treatment. This acceptance of flow is based on the existing capacity of the designated publicly owned treatments works; which is contingent upon final acceptance and issuance of a discharge permit from the appropriate local, State, or Federal Agency, whichever might have control. C-MU does not expect any of the above conditions preclude sewer service to the subject site. However, the applicant should understand that due to the involvement of other agencies and continuing growth of the sewer system, the ability to provide service for future projects cannot be guaranteed nor reserved. Connection to the C-MU system is accepted on a first come, first served basis. If you have any questions, please contact meat (704) 391-5 129.
