No problem, Brian. That was an easy mistake to make.
I have made notes on the files associated with this lot in the wrong COC file (NCC200349) and dropped a short cut to the
other permit file (NCC190296) to eliminate confusion over this particular lot.
The next thing to do is to submit a Notice of Termination form for NCC190296 and include the attached supporting
documentation so that the rescission process for that COC can be completed. I've copied our NOT reviewer so she
knows to expect this one.

My name is Brian Cather. We've emailed back and forth a couple times over the past year+ regarding NCG01 and COC
numbers.
Anyway, Laura Morgan received this Notice of Deficiency this morning. So I went back and researched the lot and saw
that I closed it out under the wrong COC. Is there any way to update this without incurring the fees listed?
I helped Laura close it out December 215Y of last year. I've attached the modification form pdf that I received when I did
it. You can see that I (erroneously) closed it our under COC NCC200349.
Sorry for the confusion. I can go into the proper COC and close it out — no problem. I just wanted to "talk" to you before
I did anything. Thanks for any help you can give.
