The property is located between Robert Ruark and NC Hwy 211 near the City of Southport. The latitude and longitude of the property are 33°56'00" N, 78°02'00" W. According to USGS & NC Surface Water Classifications Website, the project drains to the UT Dutchman Creek which has a stream classification of SA; HQW and is within the Cape Fear River Basin.
