NARRATIVE (PRIVATE & PUBLIC)
SEWER SYSTEM:
This submittal is for the development of the Flats at Hanover Center project,
located at 3500 Park Avenue, Wilmington, NC. The development of this project
will include a new demand of 79,100 GPD.
Private:
The development of the Flats at Hanover Center is removing 195 LF of existing
8-inch Private gravity sewer due to its location within the tract to be developed.
The development will include 213 LF of new 8-inch PVC gravity sewer to re-route
the sewer around the newly proposed building. There is zero (0) new flow
entering this Private portion of the project.
The existing WQ Permit number is unknown.
Public:
The rerouting of the Private sewer results in a small extension of the Public
portion of the sewer. There is also a new public section under Park Avenue to
serve Building 1. The Public sewer is being extended by 185 LF of 8-inch PVC
Gravity Sewer. New flow to Public is 79,100 GPD.
The existing WQ Permit number is unknown.
This system will be served by the Cape Fear Public Utility Authority.
