The Lakes at Riverbend development is located along Cedar Creek Road in Navassa, Brunswick County, NC along Cedar Creek Road. The latitude and longitude of the property are 34016'58.77" N, 78°1'24.51" W. According to USGS & NC Surface Water Classifications Website, the project drains to the Mill Branch (18-70- 4) which has a stream classification of C;Sw and is within the Cape Fear River Basin. Gravity sanitary sewer will serve all of the proposed development and will drain to the on -site Pump Station where a force main will carry the flow to the existing 12" force main along Cedar Creek Road. The initial phase of sanitary sewer infrastructure will serve 154 single family lots and an amenity area (Clubhouse/Pool) with a total proposed flow of 33,417 gpd. In the future, the development will include a later phase of approximately 318 single family lots that will be designed and permitted at a later date (ultimate build -out flow accounted for within pump station design). The first phase will be served by gravity sewer, 8" totaling 6,375 LF, along with 2,605 LF of a 6" forcemain. The pump station was analyzed for both phase 1 and ultimate flow. The pump will be 10 HP station with an operating point of 200 gpm at 99 ft head. M,V/1(N/(M G.S.GEVNNMMEOELxEIMERgII L[LNIOGWGMNGLF {..
