Good afternoon Tim,
I am the new Industrial Individual Permits Coordinator for the Stormwater Permitting group. I am following up on your
request to have outfalls added to our database for the Conway Resins Plant (NCS000251). In order to complete this, I will
need to know what the monitoring requirements are for each outfall. Unfortunately, our electronic and paper files do
not appear to have the last issued permit to Georgia Pacific Chemical, LLC for NCS000251. Do you have a copy you could
scan and email to me?
Thank you,
Brianna Young, MS (she/her)
