There is no need to destroy critical watershed environment that serve to protect all Durham residents and others
to cram a few more townhouses into a small space and lot more dollars into a developers pockets.
The cost of externalities that will be not be borne by those developers seeking a quick profit, but by all the people
and animals who will live here for the ensuing decades.
